The Digital Doctor
Get hold of me
You are contacting one person, not a support queue. I read everything myself and reply the same working day in almost every case. If your website is down or has been hacked, phone rather than email, that is not a thing to wait on.
Why there is no form on this page
Because I sell a check for contact forms that fail silently, and I find a broken one on most sites I scan. A form can accept a message, show a thank-you, and lose it, and neither of us would know. A phone number and a WhatsApp link cannot do that. It would be a strange business that made a silent failure the only way in.
If you would rather start with the work than a conversation, the free check takes about a minute and needs no sign-up. Most people message me after reading it, which is a better conversation for both of us.
What happens after you get in touch
For an audit: I confirm the price and the turnaround before anything starts, take payment, and deliver within the stated time, 48 hours for The Vitals, five working days for the Full Body Scan. Nothing needs a call unless you want one.
For something urgent: I look first and quote afterwards. Nobody can honestly price a cleanup they have not seen inside, which is why the triage is its own small fee rather than a guess at the whole job.
What I will need from you
Two things, and neither of them is a password.
- The website address. That is enough to run every automated check in the free scan.
- The symptom, not a diagnosis. “Enquiries dried up in March” is more useful than “I think it is an SEO problem”, because working out which one it is is what I am for.
I never need a password to run a scan. Where a paid audit needs access to something, I ask for it separately, in writing, and only for the part that needs it.
Or start with the free check
Ten checks on your website, instantly, no sign-up. Then message me about whatever it finds.
