When you run a scan, The Digital Doctor processes the website address you provide and reads publicly available information from that website. We do not log in to, modify or gain private access to the website.

If you provide your name or email address, we use it to deliver your scan, respond to your enquiry and keep an audit trail of the service requested. We do not add you to an automatic newsletter or sell your information.

Technical scan and enquiry records may be stored securely with our service providers. To request access, correction or deletion, email reception@thedigitaldoctor.co.za.
